We, at Nanbo Insurance Underwriters, are committed to protecting your Personal Information. Therefore, we want you to know about our procedures for protecting your Personal Information. As our customer, we want you to understand what kind of Personal Information we collect about you, how we disclose it and how we protect it.

WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ABOUT YOU

- The applications or other forms you provide to us (the forms may contain your name, address, social security number, marital status, date of birth, gender, length of employment, prior insurance information, home ownership, residency history, vehicle type, vehicle use, or driving history)
- Your transactions with us, our affiliates or others (for example your premium payment and claims history)
- The information from a consumer or independent reporting agency (for example your motor vehicle report, property inspection report, accident report or claim report)

HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not disclose any Personal Information about our customers or former customers, except as permitted by law. In general, we may disclose your Personal Information to third parties to service or process your insurance policy, your claim, or to administer related transactions. These third parties may include:
-Your agent, broker or producer
-Our affiliated companies
- Independent claims adjusters, investigators, data processors or attorneys
-Persons or organizations that conduct scientific research, including actuarial or underwriting studies
-An insurance support organization or another insurer, to prevent or prosecute fraud or to properly underwrite the risk
-State insurance departments or other governmental or law enforcement authorities, if required by law, to protect our legal interests or in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activities.
-A court of law
We will also disclose your Personal Information if ordered by subpoena, search warrant or other court order.
Your Personal Information that we collect is kept in your policy and/or claims files. We will refer to and use that Personal Information for purposes related to issuing and servicing insurance policies and settling claims.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We restrict access to Personal Information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to guard you Personal Information.

We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time and will inform you of these changes required by law.
